This project involved the design of a new animal hospital in Arroyo Grande, California. Set in a low-profile suburban environment, the client wanted to have a clear identity while remaining respectful of the surrounding neighborhood’s character. A bold, 2-story section of the building stands at the street side and towards the back, the building scale relates to the adjacent residential character.
