This is a mixed-use residential project located in downtown Oakland. The building takes advantage of the corner lot, maximizing floor space for both retail spaces on the street level and the residential units above. The facade is well-modulated to break up the mass of the building. Corner units utilize the location with generous balconies that overlook Telegraph and the Oakland Hills.
