Campus Master Planning, Infrastructure Planning, New Construction, New Student Union, Lecture Halls, Faculty Lounge, Multi-Media Recording Studios, Library, Admin Areas and Student Residential Halls.

Master Plan for proposed new college campuses in El Dorado Hills, Folsom and Sacramento. The project involves strategies to create unified campuses integrating the learning/teaching environment with important student campus social life experiences. The campus planning included extensive studies to integrate student-centered areas for collaboration, social interaction and physical well-being. The location and proximity of the new student union, athletic facilities, fellowship halls, and dormitories were the important strategic features of the master plans. The first phase included the renovation of existing buildings into new classrooms, multi-purpose hall, new library, outdoor café patio, faculty lounge, admin office with a grand staircase to connect the overall programmed spaces as part of phase one.
