Ocean Landing is a new development in the Executive Park Special Use Area at the Candlestick Point in San Francisco. This project is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with more than 500 units in an area of more than 1 million square feet. Located near the old Candlestick Park, the project takes advantage of spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay Area. The development consists of 5 buildings, ranging from 6-stories to a 16-story high-rise building. The buildings were designed to conform to city design guidelines for the Executive Park  that seeks pedestrian-friendly ground levels, well modulated facades, and sustainable design.
