New proposed licensed preschool in the Westborough area consist of classrooms; an administration area consisting of a shared open office space; a private office for the supervisor and a meeting room which would also serve as an isolation room in an emergency; service spaces consisting of a kitchenette/staff lounge area, public restroom for adults, a storage/custodial room, a main entry lobby/reception area and a vestibule to break-up the severe prevailing wind that is very pronounced in the Westborough area. Each classroom has the roof pitched to capture daylight and also integrate photo-voltaic/solar panels for sustainability.
